Coronavirus and Shipping Updates

Like most organisations across the UK, and around the world, European Movement UK expects disruption to our operation as a result of the ongoing Coronavirus / COVID-19 pandemic.
We will keep disruption to a minimum so that we can provide the best service possible to our shop customers, and our members. However, we cannot guarantee that our service providers will be unaffected.
This page will show the latest shop and shipping updates related to Coronavirus so feel free to check back regularly.

The companies who produce our merchandise have been hard at work building new supply chains to allow them to continue supplying us, and we are pleased to announce that they have succeeded.
As a result, we have been able to place a limited range of items back on sale via this shop, and we will continue to add more items whenever they are back in stock via our supplier.
The availability of items is as follows:

A limited edition shopping bag is available only until Tote Bags are back in stock.
Any item visible on the shop is currently available. Items will be added and removed as and when their status changes.
Please allow an extra week on top of our usual shipping times, due to social distancing measures that are in place at our supplier.
However, for the time being we are sadly unable to ship any items to any non-UK customers. This is due to severe disruption in the global shipping network caused by a reduction in international flights. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause.

As a result of the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic both of our merchandise manufacturers continue to experience significant delays in their supply chain that is affecting the shipment of many items from this store. See the update from 26 March 2020 for information.
Badges, gift cards, and gift donations continue to be unaffected as we process all of these orders in house and are able to ship these within our usual shipping times.
However, in addition, Royal Mail have just announced that they are currently unable to ship to several countries around the world due to a lack of available transport links, or due to quarantine measures that have been put in place by local authorities.
This means that there may be extended delays in orders from international customers. Please click here for the latest information from Royal Mail, which is changing on an hourly basis.

Due to several clothing suppliers being forced to close as a result of staff shortages, our main merchandise provider is unable to process any orders at until their supply chain is back to normal.
This affects ALL clothing items and many of our gift items.
Badges, gift cards, and gift donations remain completely unaffected as these are processed in house by European Movement UK.
For all other items you can still place orders, but please allow up to 4 weeks delay.
If the delay is longer than this you can either continue to wait until production resumes, or you can contact us for a no questions refund on any items that have not yet entered the manufacturing process.

As a result of the Coronavirus pandemic, all European Movement staff are currently working from home and will continue to do so until it is safe to return to our offices.
Shop orders are not currently being impacted, and all orders are currently being shipped within our usual timeframes.
